You Are Not Alone—Find the Support You Deserve
Growing up with a difficult mother can leave lasting emotional wounds—whether it's constant criticism, guilt, manipulation, or a lack of emotional connection. If you’ve ever felt unheard, unseen, or dismissed in your relationship with your mother, you are not alone.
Join a private, supportive community for adult daughters navigating the complexities of a challenging mother-daughter relationship. This is a space where you can heal, share, and connect with others who truly understand.

This group is designed for daughters who:
- Have a mother who is emotionally immature, manipulative, or critical
- Struggle with guilt, obligation, or setting boundaries
- Feel like they can never do enough to earn their mother’s approval
- Are navigating low-contact, no-contact, or complex relationships
- Are grieving the death of a mother they struggled to relate to
- Want support from others who understand their experience
