Scripts to use when you are figuring out who you are.
These are things you can say to yourself while you are figuring out who you are. Use the ones that feel true and skip the ones that do not.

- "I don't know what I like yet, and that is ok."
- "I spent a lot of years paying attention to what everyone else needed. It's going to take time to learn what I need."
- "I don't have to have an answer today.”
- "What did I love before someone told me it wasn't worth it?"
- "I'm allowed to be bad at this. I'm just trying it."
- "This is one class, not a forever commitment."
- "I'm here to find out if I like it. I don't have to prove anything."
- "Feeling awkward doesn't mean I'm doing it wrong. It means it's new."
- "I didn't like that. Now I know something about myself I didn't know before."
- "I'm allowed to be different than I was five years ago."
- "I'm allowed to be different than I was last year."
- "I'm not too old to figure out who I am."
